1. Delivery method
Services are generally delivered remotely through online meetings, messaging, shared documents, digital platforms, configured systems, training sessions, reports, and other electronic deliverables described in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
2. Scope and timeline
Project start dates, milestones, estimated completion dates, dependencies, and client responsibilities are stated in writing for each engagement. Delays in receiving content, access, decisions, approvals, or feedback may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Acceptance and revisions
Any review period, included revisions, acceptance criteria, and process for reporting a delivery issue will be specified in the service agreement. Clients should review deliverables promptly and provide clear, consolidated feedback within the stated period.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation rights and notice requirements depend on the engagement and will be stated in the accepted proposal or agreement. A cancellation does not automatically cancel charges for work already performed, committed resources, or non-cancellable third-party costs.
5. Refunds
Because services are customized and resources may be reserved in advance, refunds are not automatic. Eligibility is determined by the applicable signed or accepted service terms, the work completed, payments received, and any documented failure to deliver the agreed scope. Fees already earned for completed work and third-party costs are generally non-refundable unless the engagement agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
6. Requesting a review
To request a delivery or payment review, contact EVERHAVEN LLC and include the client name, engagement reference, payment date, the issue involved, and the requested resolution. We will review the applicable records and respond within a reasonable period.
7. No online checkout
This website does not currently sell standardized services through an online checkout. Pricing and payment instructions are provided only after the service scope has been discussed and documented.
